Terms of Sale

 

The owner of the online store www.biohealthclinic.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is Bio Health Clinic OÜ (registry code 14946531).

Validity of Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

These terms apply to purchases made from the Online Store.

The prices of products sold in the Online Store are shown alongside the products. Delivery charges are added to the price.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed during the checkout process.

Product information is provided directly next to the product in the Online Store.

Placing an Order

To order a product, add the desired items to the shopping cart. To finalize the order, fill in the required fields and choose a suitable delivery method. The total amount due will then be displayed, which can be paid via bank link or another available payment solution.

The agreement enters into force once the payment has been received in the Online Store's bank account.

If the ordered item cannot be delivered due to stock depletion or another reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded promptly, but no later than 14 days from the notification.

Delivery

Products are shipped to the following country: Estonia.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and are displayed next to the delivery method.
Domestic shipments in Estonia generally reach the buyer at the agreed location within the timeframe arranged after the sales agreement becomes effective. 

The buyer must immediately check the goods upon receipt to ensure the products and quantities match the order and that there is no visible damage. 

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days if the product is unused and still in its original packaging. 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-order items.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered product may not be used in any other way than is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning—similar to how it would be allowed for testing in a physical store.

If the item has been used for purposes other than verifying its nature, characteristics, and functioning or shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount in accordance with the decrease in value.

To return a product, the buyer must submit a withdrawal form (available here: withdrawal form ) and send it to info@biohealthclinic.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the item.

Return costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to the item not matching the order (e.g., wrong or defective product).

The buyer must return the product within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal form or provide proof that it has been handed over to the carrier.

Upon receiving the returned product, the Online Store will promptly refund all payments received from the buyer, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

The Online Store may withhold the refund until the item is returned or proof of return has been provided—whichever comes first.

If the buyer chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard, the Online Store is not obliged to refund the extra cost.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from a sale and demand the return of the product if the price was mistakenly listed significantly below the market value.

Right to File a Complaint

The Online Store is responsible for the non-compliance or defects of goods that existed at the time of delivery and that appear within two years from
the delivery. Within the first six months, it is assumed the defect existed at the time of delivery. The burden of proof to the contrary lies with the Online Store.

The buyer must notify the Online Store of any defect within two months of discovering it by emailing info@biohealthclinic.ee.

The Online Store is not liable for defects that appear after the goods have been delivered.

If the product has a defect for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace it. If that is not possible, all fees paid under the sales agreement will be refunded.

The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a reproducible format within 15 days.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

The Online Store uses personal data entered by the buyer (name, phone number, address, email, bank details) only for processing the order and delivering the goods. Personal data may be shared with the delivery service provider for shipping purposes.

Marketing emails and newsletters are only sent if the buyer has opted in by entering their email address and confirming their wish to receive such communications. The buyer can unsubscribe at any time by notifying us via email or following the instructions in the newsletter.

Dispute resolution

If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent to info@biohealthclinic.ee.

If the dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. This body handles disputes between consumers and traders. The process is free of charge.
